Make a Change Save Configuration Back Reset Test

Instructions:

1. Click "Make a Change" - Save and Back buttons should appear
2. Click "Back" without saving - popup should ask what to do
3. Try all three options in the popup (Save & Exit, Exit Without Saving, Cancel)
